Partners

Chad Armstrong is a Partner and Wealth Management Advisor with WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group. His primary focus is protecting his client's families and businesses through estate planning and financial planning.
Chad graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Texas A&M University with a MS in Finance. Chad is an Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Chad holds the Chartered Financial Analyst desgination and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, in addition to the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Accredited Estate Planner designations.
Chad has received numerous industry awards for production and consistency.He has ranked in the Top 5% of Northwestern Mutual’s field force for the last several years.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual Chad served seven years as an officer in the US Navy as a SEAL. He is married to Julie and they have four children. Chad and his family all enjoy outdoor activities, and he enjoys competing in 100 mile running races.

Jason is a Partner and Wealth Management Advisor with WWA. Jason is a Licensed Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6, 7 and 63 registrations. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Wealth Management Certified Professional® designation.
Jason began his career in financial planning in 2009 with Northwestern Mutual upon graduating from Texas A&M University. He specializes in working with successful individuals and business owners to create comprehensive financial plans that encompass all of their unique assets while understanding the complex relationships between them both. Directly from Jason: “I strive to manage and conquer the financial challenges that my clients and their business may face so that they can focus on life and family."
Jason is married to Whitney and they have two children. He grew up in Victoria, TX and he and his family now reside in Waxahachie, TX where they are active in the community and members of Stonegate Church. His outside interests include memberships in: Dallas Safari Club, Safari Club International, and the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. He’s also a Board Member in The Waxahachie Project that helps teach financial literacy to local schools.
In his free time he loves being with his family, Aggie sports, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors. Jason is an avid hunter (bowhunting especially) and grew up managing his family's trophy exotic game and whitetail hunting ranches in the Texas hill country.

Bill Cunningham currently resides in Shreveport, Louisiana, with his wife of 38 years, Wavely. Together, they are proud parents of their three children—Emily, Rebecca, and Victoria. In addition to being a husband and a father, Bill is a proud grandfather to two granddaughters and two more grandchildren on the way. Regardless of how busy Bill’s work calendar remains, he always finds the time to stay actively involved in the lives of his daughters and their growing families. Whether it’s spending time with Victoria in Shreveport, frequenting Fort Worth, TX to visit Emily or flying to Denver, CO to visit Rebecca, Bill always finds a way to make sure he never misses anything.
Bill is a graduate from University of Louisiana-Lafayette (ULL), where he currently serves as a board member for the UL Alumni Association’s Ark-La-Tex Chapter and the ULL Athletic Advance Team. Bill is an avid sports fan. When he is not cheering on the University of Louisiana-Lafayette’s Ragin Cajuns or Louisiana Tech University’s Bulldogs during football and basketball season, you can find him embarking on a yearly tradition--taking his son-in-laws to tour and watch a game at each different major league baseball stadium in the United States.
Bill and Wavely are committed to the Shreveport community. With a passion for people and a heart for the city, Bill uses different means and avenues to show his support to several different local ministries, organizations, and non-profits. In addition, Bill and Wavely are active members of their church, Norris Ferry Community Church.

Joe Fallon is a Principal and Wealth Management Advisor with WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group. Joe joined Northwestern Mutual in 1980 and is based in Sherman, TX. Joe’s mission is to help clients attain financial security for their families and businesses. Joe graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and holds a BBA in Business. Joe holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, as well as the Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.
Joe has been with Northwestern since graduating from college. He spent the first 17 years in the Dallas office before moving back to his hometown. Joe is married to Bonnie and has two adult children. Joe enjoys golf and most things outdoors.

Tom Weilert is a Partner and Wealth Management Advisor at WWA. His primary focus is on the design and implementation of comprehensive retirement income distribution and estate plans. Tom began his career at Northwestern Mutual in 1980.
Tom graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences and also received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Tom is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations and his Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Tom holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Retirement Income Certified Professional designations.
Tom has received numerous industry awards for production and consistency. Tom is one of Northwestern Mutual's Top 20 all-time career production leaders among active representatives. He has been a leader in the industry and Northwestern Mutual in helping develop the formation of multi-generational plans in the Wealth Management process for families. The firm, WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group, was specifically designed to carry out the implementation of his client's plans, as well as the other partners, for the next 30-40 years.
Tom has been married for over 35 years, has 3 children and 1 grandchild. Tom has been active in the Boy Scouts of America for over 20 years, St. Monica Catholic Church, a volunteer basketball coach for over 15 years, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Karen is a Principal and Wealth Management Advisor at WWA. She joined the firm in May of 2018 after working with the WWA team for over 15 years. Karen’s experience ranges from developing retirement plans for small, privately owned businesses to performing due diligence for pension plans during mergers and acquisitions of large corporations. Through her combined knowledge of income tax and qualified plan regulations, Karen designs plans that maximize tax deductions as well as allocations to key employees, which are often overlooked. She also designs non-qualified deferred compensation plans and reviews plans for compliance issues.
Karen has over 30 years of industry and public accounting experience and has served as a consultant for AON, one of the largest international employee benefit consulting firms. Karen received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia and her M.S. in Taxation from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. She is a licensed insurance agent, and financial representative. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she has served on the Employee Benefits Plan Committee. She is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Kathleen Wunderlick is a Partner and Financial Advisor at WWA where she has been working for the last 11 years. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and holds a Master’s in Education from the University of North Texas.
Kathleen is an Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6 and 63 registrations and her Life, Accident & Health Insurance license. Kathleen specializes in helping families prepare for the future while living in the now.
Kathleen and her husband Bob have been happily married for 24 years, and they have two children, Maggie and Bobby. Kathleen is an active member of the St Rita Catholic Church Community, and she also serves on the Board of Directors at St Mary of Carmel.

Tom Wunderlick rejoined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in the Spring of 2017. Tom had previously spent 15 years with Northwestern Mutual working with Tom Weilert before leaving to start several successful companies. Tom understands first hand the many challenges business owners face. His mission is to provide guidance and help clients and business owners attain financial security for their families.
Tom and his wife Joy have been married for over 25 years. They have three children; Tommy, John and Sarah. Tommy and John both attend the University of Oklahoma. Sarah is a graduate of TCU and resides in Austin.

David Adamson is the Director of Investments at WWA, overseeing the management of our clients’ investment portfolios. David has worked in the investments business for over 30 years, including roles as the President of and institutional fixed income asset manager and an institutional broker-dealer and as a member of the management team of a Dallas based family office. David graduated from SMU with a BBA in Finance and MBA (Finance).
David and his wife of 28 years, Jeanie, spend most of their free time with their five sons, Dane, Spencer, Luke, James and Bear. David also enjoys helping out the football program at his high school alma mater, Jesuit College Preparatory School.
Associates

Will joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in January 2019. He is a Financial Representative licensed in various states for Life, Accident, and Health Insurance. His mission is to help clients attain financial security for their families through wealth building and risk management. Previously, Will served as the VP of Sales at BuiltRite Solutions, a wholesale partner of The Container Store in Arlington, TX. He has a B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Will resides in Dallas with his wife, Drew, and their chocolate lab, Blue. He enjoys fishing, watching Notre Dame and Dallas Cowboys football, listening to live music, and spending time with his huge extended family.

Madison is a Financial Advisor with WWA. She is a Licensed Insurance Agent with Northwestern Mutual and Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 6 and 63 registrations.
Madison began her financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual in 2017 upon graduating from University of North Texas.
Madison has a passion for working with individuals and closely held business owners nationwide. Her first focus is on the relationship with the client, creating an understanding of the their deepest wishes around personal and professional planning.
Madison achieved the position of top 10 female advisors under 5 years in business nationwide within Northwestern Mutual. She takes pride in understanding the client and their unique planning needs, sometimes daring to dream goals up for the first time, and empowering them to succeed through realistic course of action. In her spare time, she enjoys running, caring for her rescue puppy, Sage, and spending time with friends and family.

Mallory Fritzel is a Financial Advisor at WWA. She transitioned to this role in early 2020. She began serving on our team as an Investment Operations Assistant in September of 2016. Mallory enjoys discovering efficient ways to take care of our clients’ complex investment needs and sharing that knowledge with colleagues throughout the firm. Mallory began her financial services career in 2013 completing her MBA with Texas Christian University, and then went on to utilize her Series 7, 63, at TD Ameritrade. Mallory also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification. Mallory and her husband Adam enjoy traveling the world and playing with their great danes.

Chase is a Licensed Insurance agent with Northwestern Mutual. He began his career with us in 2020 after a decade of small business ownership and consulting in various industries. He specializes in working with small businesses and individuals to create comprehensive financial plans and access their risk management needs. Chase has shown a passion for helping his clients achieve generation wealth. Setting up child policies has been at the forefront of his practice.
Chase grew up in Longview Texas but has lived in East Dallas since 2004. He has been a Commissioner for the City of Dallas to help combat homelessness and president of a local business league. In his free time Chase enjoys traveling, culinary arts, weightlifting, and photography.

Lead Advisors
Linda is a Lead Advisor with WWA and plays an integral role in managing our clients' accounts. She assists with portfolio design and is deeply involved in building a personal relationship with our investment clients. Linda joined our team in September of 2009. She has over 30 years of experience in the Private Wealth Management business from a leading investment bank. Her vast knowledge and experience in the investment industry is a great asset to our team. Please feel free to contact her with anything you might need regarding your investment accounts. Linda and her husband, Chris, live in Arlington, TX. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Linda enjoys her volunteer work for her church and the local food pantry as well as being a grandparent. Linda holds her Texas State Insurance: Life, Health, Disability, Long Term Care. She is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 7 and 66 licenses. Linda holds the RICP® designation.

Holley Black joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in August of 2016. Her focus is on client wealth building, retirement income planning and the estate planning process. Assisting in the review of existing policies and client accounts, Holley is part of the WWA Investment team. She has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. Holley currently holds his series 7, 63, and General Lines, Life, Accident, and HMO Insurance Licenses. She enjoys running, horseback riding and spending time with family.

Amy recently joined WWA as an Associate Financial Representative. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from University Louisiana Lafayette and received a certification in Investments and Financial Modeling through The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Amy’s passion for the financial world began during her time at Westpark Fund where she had the incredible opportunity to learn the world of investing. Amy stated, “Through my career as a teacher at Prince of Peace Catholic School in Plano, my financial analyst role at Westpark, and serving Catholic Charities Dallas as a development officer, I realized that we are all trying to accomplish the same thing – provide for our families today, tomorrow and future generations. I’m really excited for this opportunity to help educate and serve our clients at WWA and be a part of fulfilling their financial hopes and dreams.”
Amy lives in Plano with her 3 young adult children – Peyton, Hannah & Jack and their 2 dogs, Bonnie & Carly. She is an active volunteer through Prince of Peace & St. Mark’s Parishes in their hunger outreach ministries & teaches Sunday school to second graders. In her free-time she is an active cyclist, loves cooking for her family and spending time enjoying the outdoors.
Associate Financial Representatives
Gayle joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in March of 2012, as Tom's Personal Assistant. Gayle now serves as Tom’s Financial Coordinator. Her focus is to assist with the review of existing policies and client accounts. Gayle is active in the client wealth building process, retirement income planning and the estate planning process.
She has her BBA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Gayle lives in Irving with her husband, Russell, and their two dogs. She is active in her church and enjoys crafts such as ceramics, embroidery, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Jonathan joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in August 2019 as a Financial Representative Assistant. He is licensed in Texas for Life, Accident, and Health. Jonathan’s focus is on assisting clients throughout the planning process. He also helps to build and manage qualified retirement plans. Prior to working for WWA, Jonathan graduated with a B.S. from Baylor University, in Waco, TX. He resides in Flower Mound, and enjoys cooking, skiing, and scuba diving. He is also an avid New York Yankees fan.


Sally joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in June 2017. She is a Financial Coordinator, licensed in Texas for Life, Accident, and Health. Her focus is on client wealth building, retirement income planning and the estate planning process. Sally is part of the WWA Case Prep team and assists in the review of existing policies and client accounts. Previously, Sally served as Business Solutions Supervisor for The Container Store at the company’s headquarters in Coppell, TX. She has a B.A. in Economics & Finance from University of Texas at Dallas and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She resides in Sunnyvale, TX with her husband Jamal and twin toddlers Elijah and Noah. Sally and Jamal enjoy spending quality time with their boys, and equally enjoy date nights with just the two of them.
Heather Larkin
Associate Financial Representative

Heather joined our team in March of 2016. She is Jason Bang’s Associate Financial Representative, licensed in Texas for Life, Accident, and Health. Heather focuses on assisting clients throughout the planning process as well as managing requests and questions from clients regarding their existing policies and accounts. She also assists Jason with marketing strategies and growing potential client relationships. Heather previously worked as an accountant and has over 6 years of accounting background. Heather lives in Waxahachie, TX with her Fiancé Tim and her two children, Kye and Abrielle. Heather enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is also a supporter and volunteer for the Waxahachie Youth Baseball Association in which her two children play baseball. Heather and Tim are season ticket holders of the Dallas Mavericks and enjoy cheering on the team at home games.
Cindy has been Joe Fallon’s Associate Financial Representative since 2004. She is licensed in Texas for Life, Accident and Health. Her focus is on assisting clients throughout the planning process as well as managing requests and questions from clients regarding their existing policies and accounts. She also works with Joe on growing potential client relationships.
Cindy lives in Pottsboro, TX on Lake Texoma with her husband Bob and her two cats, Buddy and Belle. Cindy enjoys her 8 grandkids, traveling and boating on the lake. She is also an avid Cowboys fan.

Chandler graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Analysis and then went on to get his Masters in Business Administration. He works with Bill Cunningham in Shreveport, LA. Chandler and his wife Harley live in Bossier City, LA where they recently purchased their first home. He has his Louisiana Life & Health Insurance License as well as his Series 6 & 63 registrations. Chandler’s favorite hobbies are reading and going hiking with his wife Harley.

Jamie, a Houma native, graduated from Louisiana State University with a Masters in Liberal Arts. She works with Bill Cunningham in Shreveport, LA. Jamie, and her husband, Llanden live in Bossier City, LA. They are proud parents of their young son. Jamie has her Louisiana Life & Health Insurance License along with an extensive background in Advertising and Sales. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, decorating or hunting for treasures at a local flea market.

Todd Braden began serving on our team as an Investment Operations Assistant in November 2016. Todd really likes discovering efficient ways to take care of our clients’ complex investment needs, and sharing that knowledge with colleagues throughout the firm. He works directly with Linda Beck and Mallory Fritzel, while focusing on the client’s all-inclusive financial plans. Todd began his career in 2012 after graduating from the Texas State University – San Marcos with a BBA in Finance. Todd currently holds his Series 7, 63, 66 and Life, Accident, and Health General Lines Insurance Licenses.
In his spare time you can usually see Todd on the golf course, attending sporting events, or going to live shows.

David joined the WWA team as a Portfolio Advisor after spending more than 10 years as VP Financial Advisor for a large bank in Texas. His expertise in the investment industry and financial modeling has proved a valuable addition to our investment operation in managing our client’s diverse and unique individual needs. David currently holds his series 7, 66, and General Lines, Life, Accident, and HMO Insurance Licenses.
David was born and raised in Austin, Texas and attended Texas State University. He now lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and two children, where he enjoys attending his son’s baseball games and coaching his daughter in volleyball.
Operations


Ali joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in November 2016 as the Marketing Coordinator. Ali’s focus is event planning, client engagement and the communication efforts of the firm. In addition, she directs branding, advertising and website development. Prior to working for WWA, Ali was the Marketing Director for a boutique consulting firm in Farmington Hills, MI. Ali holds a B.A. from the Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida. She resides in Frisco with her husband Kyle and daughter Ava. They enjoy traveling, concerts and football season.

Patrick returned to work at WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in July of 2018 after working with the company from 2014-2016. His main focus is training the next generation of Financial Advisors in WWA’s unique planning philosophy and process. Tom and Patrick travel around the country teaching other firms and advisors how to build and execute an integrated financial plan that spans multiple generations for clients.
Previously, Patrick served as a Sales Rep for Welk Resorts – the largest privately held Resort Company in the United States. Patrick graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Communications and Business.

Maggie started with Northwestern Mutual in Saint Louis, Missouri, September 2016 as a Sales Execution Team Member. She then relocated to Texas where she joined WWA Integrated Wealth Strategy Group in April of 2020, as a Marketing and Client Service Associate. She works for Tom Weilert on running his training program's day-to-day logistics. Her focus is training Advisors and developing material for the Program. Maggie lives in Waco where she loves experiencing the food, culture, and what Texas has to offer. She’s active in hiking and enjoys spending time with her family.

Since joining the WWA team, Maggie has provided excellent attention to detail and effectively represented the face of the WWA Integrated Wealth Management Group’s home office. Working in close coordination with the WWA team across our six locations, Maggie is indispensable in organizing, scheduling, and managing the day-to-day correspondence and logistics of our growing company.
Maggie is a graduate of Texas Tech and currently lives in Southlake with her husband of 23 years, Brant, and their three children. Maggie sustains her passion of working with special needs children by volunteering with a cheer team in Southlake. Outside of the office, you can catch Maggie and Brant supporting their children’s’ lacrosse teams and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners.
